Blackened Chicken Alfredo

Spicy strips of chicken in a delicious sauce consisting of cream, garlic, pepper, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Served on a bed of fettuccine, with a side salad.


Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, onion, and snap peas sautéed in sesame oil over Teriyaki rice.

Ma Butler’s Meatloaf

Ground beef seasoned with diced onion and secret spices, and baked to completion in the oven. Served with garlic mashers and a side salad.

About us

Our Story

It all started more than a century ago. We are more than just a regular restaurant.
We are your new daily ritual warm and iviting, place to hang, drink and eat in total comfort with select literature, free wi-fi, and local community events. We use natural, artisan methods and the quality ingredients to make our specialities.
All our Meals are hand-made and baked using recipes and techniques perfected over centuries. From the German flour in, to the Italian mozzarella and meat for our wood ovens, our passion for sourcing quality ingredients has been at the heart of everything that fires out of our kitchens.

Our Cheff

The Peninsula New York is thrilled to introduce Samuel Linder, the hotel’s new Executive Chef. Chef Linder joins The Peninsula New York from The Peninsula Manila and will oversee all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including Clement, Gotham Lounge, Salon de Ning, banqueting functions as well as the property’s 24-hour in-room dining.

He brings with him extensive experience from his most recent positions as Chef de Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef for The Peninsula Manila,
